Hillsborough County Bar Association’s new Securities Section, co-chaired by WGK Lawyers Dominique Heller and Jared Perez, Hosts First Luncheon on October 15, 2014
The Hillsborough County Bar Association’s new Securities Section will host its first luncheon on October 15, 2014 at the Chester H. Ferguson Law Center, 1610 North Tampa Street, Tampa Florida 33602 from noon until 1:30 P.M. The event will provide an opportunity to hear from, and speak with, Florida regulators concerning enforcement efforts in 2014.
Our featured panelists will include:
• Elisha L. Frank, Assistant Regional Director for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Miami, Florida and Co-Chair of the Microcap Fraud Task Force
• Jeffrey M. Pasquerella, Vice President and Regional Director of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), District 7
• Pamela P. Epting, Director of the Division of Securities for the Florida Office of Financial Regulation
• Lee Kell, Chief of the Bureau of Enforcement for the Florida Office of Financial Regulation
