Earlier this year, Guerra & Partners attorneys volunteered to assist an inmate pro bono on a 42 U.S. Code § 1983 matter that survived summary judgment and would soon be scheduled for trial. The plaintiff had suffered long lasting physical and mental health injuries as a result of a sexual solicitation and physical assault while incarcerated.
