Matt Mueller Moderates Panel On Securities Fraud And Other Financial Crimes
Wiand Guerra King P.A. attorney Matt Mueller moderated a panel entitled “Current Issues in Financial Crime Enforcement” at a luncheon sponsored by the Securities Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association on April 27, 2017. The panel included Supervisory Special Agent Tom Baugher from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Sarasota field office and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Simon Gaugush, Kelley Howard-Allen, and Eric Gerard from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa. The participants discussed current trends in securities fraud, investor fraud, Ponzi schemes, and other white collar crimes in the Tampa Bay region.
