Matt Mueller To Moderate Panel On Criminal Tax Enforcement In Tampa
Wiand Guerra King P.A. attorney Matt Mueller will moderate a panel entitled “Current Topics in Criminal Tax Enforcement” at a joint CLE luncheon sponsored by the Tax Law and Criminal Law sections of the Hillsborough County Bar Association on December 8, 2015. This CLE will provide an overview of federal criminal tax investigations with an emphasis on current IRS and DOJ enforcement activity in the criminal tax arena. The panel will feature Special Agent-in-Charge Kimberly Lappin from the IRS Criminal Investigations’ Tampa field office and Assistant U.S. Attorney Rachelle DesVaux Bedke, Criminal Chief with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.
